That's a lot of eggs! It's a wonder the ones on the bottom aren't squished.
I love potato tortillas. While in Barcelona, I learned how to make them from the father of the woman I was staying with. He made them without onions, but I had to add onions as soon as I got home and started experimenting. It's become one of my favorite dishes.
Can't wait to see some dressed up camels!

The poultry shop, where the tower of eggs stood at the end of the counter, was the most popular spot in the Mendoza market--interesting in view of the massive consumption of beef in Argentina. It was thronged with shoppers, mostly women.
I'd love to see your Barcelona tortilla recipe. Did you notice how yellow the Buenos Aires omelet was? I think the deep gold yolks, almost orange actually, gave it such a rich color and flavor.
